The Sqvadron team is incredible!! What the previous reviews said about this being a premium experience is so accurate! I've had the opportunity to have lessons in SoCal and other parkour gyms in the area and what sets Sqvadron apart is their emphasis on well-rounded fitness and building strength to lay a strong foundation. I love that they incorporate weightlifting and whole body conditioning so you can see your skills in Parkour sky rocket!

Armando is not only a stellar instructor but also has a big heart and passion for parkour. It shines through in how he teaches and explains important concepts and movements! I have felt completely safe at all lessons and thanks to Armando's clear directions and training tips have progressed very quickly. Don't let being a beginner hold you back -- if you can skip and jump you can learn parkour! Armando adapts the lessons to all skill levels; beginners to advanced parkour athletes will be able to take away many gems and practical tips from his classes.

I love Sqvadron! Armando and Darryl have an incredible amount of knowledge to share and their studio is aimed to be practical in all aspects of the sport. I recently reconnected with Armando for a lesson and I rediscovered my love for parkour and I learned so much more than I thought I already knew. I would highly recommend to anybody interested in parkour or movement overall!
