I'm leaving a review on behalf of Chasity Nieves. Your company has a real gem here. She's brave. I could never ring a doorbell and sell a product. Chasity followed up with me after a couple of weeks about my internet service, which was mostly fine. Chasity has been kind, listens well and I am thankful that she's not a high pressure person. More gentle pressure. I'm not keeping Verizon as my internet provider only because I feel uncomfortable with it not being hardwired. I know anything can happen to any equipment. I just appreciate the opportunity given to me and I wish her the very best success.

Chasity helped me and my dad with our service issues in a timely and professional way. I was impressed with how well spoken she was. She is by far the best customer service agent that I’ve ever encountered. She spoke to me about her office and I never heard anyone speak so enthusiastically and talk about their job the way she did! Two clowns walking around my neighborhood knocking on doors with Verizon vests.Wind blowing power flickering and they are knocking at my door.My kid told them just a minute,as the dogs wamted to get to them.I interupted them down the block.They had no ID .I ask if they saw the no solicitors sugn on my door.They said no both with attitudes which was met with more attitude they both had.They were rude. I told them i will call you when i need you!

Brenna from Fios Verizon was really amazing and sweet. She let me know about switching from Xfinity to Fios. We always have bad signal with Xfinity so hearing that Fios would really help and gove us a good signal was awesome. She was super friendly and bubbly.
