Above and beyond the call of duty. Melanie helped me fax some old papers that just didn’t want to transmit because of the crinkly corners. Before sending me up for copies (additional cost) she offered to hand “iron” them herself. After a few trips through she got it to go and saved my rear.

All the staff are always kind and more helpful than the task requires. I love my library.📚 🥰

I am so impressed with the children’s portion of the library. Our first time there we spent 3-4 hours exploring all of the fun activities..from petting their library tortoise, craft corner, scavenger hunts, board games, BOOKS of course, and so much more. Our normal experience with the library usually consist of a lot of shushing, picking a book and leaving. So having the opportunity to actually spend quality time in a place filled with so many fun learning opportunities was so nice. The librarians are always so high energy and have the best ideas to stay busy.. It also seems that they have an AWESOME summer reading program with an activity or two going on each day of the week. I would absolutely recommend this place for free activities, and a little get away from the house. We have seen kids of all ages exploring, and I love that. AND there are PLENTY of places to just plop down with a book…

This library is absolutely amazing!!! I have never seen kids section this great in any library!!! Very friendly and helpful stuff. Lots of different activities during a week for all age groups, including movie time with popcorn 🍿. Mrs Rose is unbelievable, full of energy and ideas doing most of the activities, she's going extra mile to please everyone and making sure kids want to come back over and over again (mine do 😊). We just discovered this awesome place couple weeks ago and have been there SEVERAL times already! Thank you!!!

We love our library! Every single employee and staff member there make you feel right at home, are so helpful, and friendly!
I can't say enough wonderful things about the children's area, its truly the best thing ever! A place where my (oldest) 8 year old, or my 2 year old can go in and have a blast, even if we don't leave with books! (Which is rare 😆)
So many free events and things to do, the story time and homeschool classes, along with the music and movement there's always something to attend! Mrs. Rose and Dewey are our personal favorites!

I love the library in Springfield Tn. The staff are like family to me. I am 83! years old and they are so helpful. I have been visiting the library since I moved here in 1988 and have seen many changes, all good, over the years. Thanks to Michelle, Heather, Lynn, Rose, Mark and all the ones I don’t know their names. Also Mr Ed who told me about friends of the library many years ago which I joined. I cannot say enough good things about the library, we are so blessed to have have ours in Springfield
