Great experience. John was accommodating of our schedule, flexible, patient and responsive. The studio setup was welcoming and made me feel so relaxed. Filming was efficient. John was patient and made us feel very comfortable while taping. I was really nervous beforehand but ended up having fun. Now excited to see the finished product.

I have always been uncomfortable in front of a camera and have been told countless times that I never smile in photos and that I don’t photograph well, so when my matchmaker told me I needed some professional photos taken I dreaded getting it done. In the end I turned to a trusted cousin for advice and she recommended I reach out to John Choate and told me he could put me at ease and take great pictures, so I did. Today was the day John took my pictures. For the first time ever I felt at ease in front of the camera and even found my smile. Here I am at 62 and for the first time ever a photographer seemingly effortlessly put me at ease, trust me when I say I never thought that could happen. I can’t thank John enough or recommend him highly enough. He’s a natural.
