Capstone Community Action has worked with Stride on numerous branding and marketing efforts. From our initial interaction the Stride team demonstrated their expertise and professionalism. They took the time to learn about us through their in-depth Discovery Phase, which provided us with the opportunity to aspire to where we wanted to be and demonstrate that in our materials. Throughout the years we’ve worked with Stride they have always been accessible, responsive, and reasonable to our requests, comments and questions. Their project management skills are exactly what we’ve needed when we have been off our work plan and had to adjust for one reason or another, especially during the pandemic. They make it a point to check in about the budget and any potential constraints, and do this professionally and thoughtfully without unnecessary pressure. This has allowed us to make decisions to continue additional work to improve a project or stop at that point to stay within our budget. They have also been a great resource for photographers, and videographers to lift up our work, especially when we made the initial investment and needed that direction and support. This has been key in maintaining a high quality and consistent look and feel for our materials, which have been a crowd pleaser. We’ve had staff, participants, board members and relatives express their appreciation of our materials, which accurately reflects the work we do and that’s not an easy feat. The materials created with Stride have even led to unsolicited donations. It really doesn’t get better than that! We also love that we can support the talent of a woman-owned business in Vermont. It’s an added bonus that the Stride team is delightful to work with. We highly recommend Stride for your branding and marketing aspirations!
