Wow. If you enjoy BBQ, you will love Stubbs. Generous portions are reasonably priced. Nice bark and juicy flavorful brisket. Pork ribs tender and, of course, fall off the bone without effort. Yuge tea glasses. Only negative I found was the lack of a spicy made from scratch sauce.

We were looking for a better barbecue place besides “famous” popular ones. We wanted to find the hidden jam concept. Their barbecue was good, but still found the famous places were great 😞
Their neighborhood seemed a bit unsafe when I went there. More street homeless and junkies….

The meats here were very good. Especially the brisket and by adding their BBQ sauce. The sides were very average. And the piece of white bread not necessary. Would have been better with a piece of corn bread. Service was friendly and excellent and the food came out very quickly!

I truly wanted to enjoy the food, but unfortunately, it was quite dry and lacked flavor. That said, the barbecue sauce was absolutely fantastic! The incredible service and lively atmosphere more than made up for the food. I’d definitely come back for a concert and likely stick to ordering a drink. The staff here were exceptionally friendly, making the experience so much better!

Stubb’s Gospel Brunch can be hit or miss, but when it hits, it’s incredible. I’ve been a handful of times, and here’s the trick: accept it’s not church, splurge and get a table with a view of the band, and go to the noon show, not the 10:30. With the noon slot, you can usually get seated early and start enjoying drinks right away. Even better, grab a drink beforehand, come hungry, and be ready to dance. When it’s working, it’s one of the most joyful and fun brunch experiences.

First walking into the establishment we did get a warm welcome from the hostess with a smile, which was great. After sitting us, we met our waiter not long after he was amazing. The restroom was really clean. The building itself is beautiful and it has a lot of history great pictures on the wall. you can smell the barbecue as you’re entering into the door of the restaurant. Each person that I spoke with was very friendly the food on the other hand was a lot different. One of the only things I enjoyed thoroughly was the sweet potato french fries. The ribs were tender 6 out of 10. The brisket was a 0 out of 10, The chicken was edible 4 out of 10. The greens had no flavor 0. Bill was $90 for 2 ppl.

Was surrounded and pulled out of the concert without any warning for jumping and headbanging a bit which I thought was perfectly acceptable behavior for a rock concert. Was not moshing, pushing, or anything, just minding my own business enjoying the music. The Sturgill Simpson show was incredible, just wish I could’ve watched the whole concert that I paid good money to see.

Fantastic place to eat, I loved the food. The only thing I didn't like was the mac and cheese tasted like Velveeta. The ribs were succulent and fall off the bone. The collard greens had meat. The brisket was perfection with the barbecue sauce. The staff knew little about allergens, but the food was terrific. There is no allergen-friendly menu, and that's the one thing I'd recommend/complain about.
