I wish I could give 0 stars.
This is the 2nd time being disappointed in an order. The first time we ordered a specific necklace and we got a totally different one and it was pricey. I asked why I didn’t get what I ordered and customer service told me they don’t have those necklaces no more that they didn’t have it for a while now. So why are you having that option on paper and online when you don’t have it Now we ordered $60 worth of pictures, culmination to be exact, we were so excited and when opening them we see our child looking scared, he’s not even smiling! Prior picture days with other companies my child always smiled but now with this company he looks scared. I had high expectations with this company and it disappointed me twice in a row. I would NOT recommend. You could do better especially for the price. The first order I spent over $100. I should have just taken the pictures myself.

I'm not satisfied with my daughter's pictures. As a photographer you guys should be able to see at a glance what needs fixing before taking the photo. My daughter's necklace was so crooked! Please do better next time.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent order experience. I placed an order for an accessory to coincide with my child's school picture day; however, while I have received the pictures, the accessory has not yet been delivered.

Furthermore, I would like to address my frustration with the text-based customer service. I find it challenging to communicate effectively through this medium, which has hindered my ability to resolve this issue satisfactorily. Based on my experience, I regret to say that I would not recommend your services.

Haven’t received my kids photos yet, but this review is solely based on how happy my daughter was after taking her school photos. It was her first time and she stated that the photographer made sure she looked her best lol

Photos are nice and prices are reasonable. I like that they have many backgrounds options to choose from. It would be nice to receive once in a while a promo code for those who order every year, but than that im satisfied.

Very upset 2nd time with both of my kids they got my order wrong. We pay to much money to not have things correct. I hope they fix it right this time but studio 1 do better it’s our most precious kid moments and your responsible

The first order I placed was for a "hand-drawn" caricature. It took months for my item to arrive, which was on backorder. When I finally got it, the caricature was not hand-drawn. It was made with an app. I paid 40 dollars for something I could have done for 99 cents. When I reached out to your customer service, I was told to return them to your location in Rancho. I was told to allow 28 days for a refund to be processed, not including the time that the check will be mailed. The disappointing part was that your company lied about the item that I would receive. False advertising, and not even an apology. I would have paid less for the 5*7 picture I received with the useless "caricature" and it would have gotten to me earlier. It was a complete waste of time and money. I did not return it because it was during the holidays, I had no time.
