Between the weed smell from rooms 300-307 and their dogs barking. Random knocking on our door at all hours when we have a do not disturb and random phone calls all hours during our two day stay. The staff was friendly, our room at least was good.

Absolutely the worst experience!!! Paid $1500 for a month. My first room had roaches on the second floor. There was more in the hallway. So I got moved to the top floor, the toilet was clogged couple holes in the wall and overall just filthy. Walls included. Aldo have found roaches in this room. I have tried several times to reach the manager but no response or visit. Employees act clueless on how to contact corporate or anyone else for that matter! Not happy with this place. Save ur money and go elsewhere!

OMG! PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Hotel is not as updated as pictures depict. Really ran down. Stains on ceilings, walls and floors. Hallways smell of urine. The rooms are bad, but the service from management is much worst! I checked into my room and signed the forms believing I received what was advertised, only for those forms to be used against me when requesting refund. I wasn’t in my room couple minutes before I realized I’d been deceived. My furniture in my king suite was tattered. I brushed that off and went to get cleaned up to find no soaps and my shower did not work. When I called downstairs using the room phone the mic didn’t allow anyone to hear my voice. Calling from my cellphone I was told no other suites were available and I could be downgraded to double queen. I explained I reserved room for the suite but was told the manager was only person to reverse charges or rate change but they weren’t available until 9am. Thinking it wouldn’t be an issue because the night clerk was understanding and apologetic I checked out and went to another hotel. BOY WAS I WRONG! I was yelled at by manager that my room’s shower was fixed recently after being repaired for the last month and she’s quite sure the water works in that room because she personally installed the shower head. I reiterated how I found it inoperable. I needed to shower and disputed the issues with front desk immediately upon check-in. I was further yelled at and told I would be placed on the do l not rent list (as if I wanted to return) and hung up on. Currently disputing charges with my credit card company after Choice Hotels gave me points to offset charges.

Rooms clean but smell, tv picture has lines, coffee pot, but where oh where did the coffee go in the rooms? Walls can be heard through. Service, shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to check in, if one guest can check in early all should be able to, the reason I waited 30 minutes is because they thought phone calls were more important, but my work experience I helped them out with what they needed, location needs a better, bigger and updated parking lot. This places deserves less than half a star

No! internet they lie and say they have free access to Internet but here's the thing it's the slowest internet you can get plus it doesn't work 80% of the time currently here for 90 days and on my 80th day was the first time I could connect to the internet didn't last long.

The hotel itself was fine, Becky nit sure if she is a manager or not but get employee. The other two individuals I encountered were not only badly presented with their uniforms all out of sorts, stains and unkept their attitude were very argumentative and lying about policy. In Dyer need of retraining. I wouldn't recommend this place because of them

Won't be returning! I stayed one night at hotel without issues the receptionist was nice and professional. Went back almost a week later everything was same nice receptionist and she was professional. I asked for late checkout when I checked in and she said yes no problem. Woke up next morning to banging on my room door at 8am. Opened door to an obnoxious housekeeper yelling at me that I wasn't supposed to be allowed to stay at her hotel again and she didn't know how I was able to book again at her hotel. Asked her what she was talking about and she stated that I covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag on my last stay to hide I was smoking in the room. Long story short I advised her I don't even smoke and maybe the person before me or who knows which previous guest had obviously done it and it was barely noticed just my luck the day I checked out. She said no it would definitely had been noticed at the time it happened. That's when I asked her how long the gas can that was in the rooms closet that I had found when I had checked in yesterday had been sitting in there since obviously everything is noticed when it happens. No response to that one. Management really needs to train housekeeping about overstepping their positions and acting as management since they would be the one to speak to guests about issues found after a guest leaves. Then situations like this could be avoided and the housekeeper wouldn't cost the company a good customer and said housekeeper wouldn't end up looking like a jackass

The rooms are horrible. They smell, not clean at all. From th hallways carpet to the walls and baseboards visible dirty on white paint. Sheets filthy, dog hair and food crumbs in between the bedding. Wasn't given a refund after seeing two rooms of filthy everything. We had to leave and spend more money which was very unfortunate.
