I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experiences with Gloria Scott. I came across Gloria at Sorenson park. She shared that AT&T was having promotions in my area.
When I was considering joining AT&T, Gloria assured me of wonderful promotions and discounts, emphasizing that my activation fee would be waived. However, I was charged an activation fee, along with a restocking fee which she assured that wouldn't happen if I wasn't satisfied with AT&T and if I canceled before the 15 days.
When I reached out to AT&T customer service I was informed by AT&T that they couldn't help me because they do not waive these fees and they did not have Glorias information on record or any notes from her regarding the sale. This discrepancy has left me quite dissatisfied.
Over the past two weeks, I have attempted to reach out to Gloria multiple times and have only managed to speak with her once. She mentioned she would look into my concerns, but I have not received any updates since then. It’s disheartening to note that she was very responsive during the sales process, but, after I’ve made my decision not to stay with AT&T due to its unreliable signal, my inquiries seem to go unanswered. She's clearly avoiding me!
I believe that effective communication and support are essential, and I am disappointed with how my situation has been handled. I haven't been able to reach anyone from
Sunset Acquisitions Inc.
Please only purchase from a corporate AT&T store. Don't make the same mistake I did.
