I can't say enough good things about SupraNet. From the time we had our initial meeting to installation of service and cutting over to our new ISP, the process couldn't have been easier. Downtime is virtually non-existent, and the few times there were problems, they were communicated to us quickly. If there's ever a problem, customer support is very prompt to answer questions and resolve any issues. Since our switch-over about a year ago, we immediately noticed greater stability in our SIP phone lines. Happy office workers = happy director! We're happy to be SupraNet customers!
