I visited this location for finger printing and was greeted very warmly. I did not catch her name but she was so very nice, funny, and oozed with good vibes. I felt lifted when I walked out lol The process was quick and easy too!

I had THE BEST experiences with Tallahassee Photo and Frame, specifically, Sharon!! She is such a wonderfully talented person. She restored my parents' wedding photo, as well as she redid a photo my kids made me for a xmas gift. The time, effort, and personalized service, along with quality work is amazing! I also had several VHS tapes transfered into CDs. Their prices are great, and their service is the best!! Support your locally owned businesses!! I'll be back for sure!!

Terrible customer service had me waiting in the lobby for 5 min I couldn’t even show them my art piece I needed framing because nobody was in place to help , I just kept hearing someone yell from behind the walls “Coming” …:but never came!! Smh so when the next comer came inside I decided to leave because they had no care about who was in there establishment and how to properly handle each individual

The work this shop did in photo preparation for my brothers' memorial service was outstanding. The owner and staff were consistently prompt, professional, and pleasant in responding to requests - they always found a way to "make things work" and the photo work was of the highest quality. I have been using Tallahassee Photo and Frame for years as they have been helping me convert all of my old VHS tapes, and even some old family films, to digital. The staff is wonderful, outstanding customer service in helping with the process and turn around time for a very reasonable price. No need to send your tapes off to a big box processor, you can get the same professional quality right here in town. They also do a great job with large prints for your home or office. Thank you Tallahassee Photo and Frame for your help and allowing my family to experience all of our old videos once again and relive the memories!

its been over four weeks since i dropped off film here and still haven't received a call to pick up my scans. i paid almost $20 just for scans which is kinda crazy. i’m starting to get really worried especially since i talked to someone who said they lost his film. if the same thing happens to me i will never come back here. proceed with caution doing business here.

Terrible experience!!! I recommend Everything Photo & Frame instead (they also give student discounts). I ordered two photo to canvases and was told they were $12.99 each. I paid for my order and received a call at the end of the day informing me that I was quoted the wrong price--they were $69.99 each. What in the world!? That is quite a price difference. He refunded the orders and apologized. Yet, it was the employee's negligence informing us of incorrect pricing. They should have honored the price they quoted us and which we paid and informed us of the correct pricing for future orders. I would have still done business with them and I would have paid the $69.99 for future orders. I would have paid that in the first place. ....And the day before I ordered a VHS to DVD and was told a different price for additional copies. The night before I called and was told that additional copies were $4.00 each, but when I went into the store to place the order, another person informed me they were $7.95 each. It is so ridiculous this small store can't ensure all staff is informed of the same pricing. Does each staff member just charge whatever they want So disappointed.
