I had a remote start given to me as a Christmas gift. I called the day after Christmas and was able to have it installed that very same day.! I cannot be more satisfied with the quality and professional service that I received. They check on the battery before they install and mine was found to be in desperate need of replacement. Saved me from being stranded when it’s extremely cold .
One other thing I would like to share is i coincidentally had a headlight go out the next evening. I messaged them at 9:30 at night asking if it could have something to do with the install. Even though I was assured it did not they asked if I was able to bring the car right over and they would help me figure out what was going on. I drove over and it was after 10:00 at night and they pulled me right into the garage and went about checking bulbs fuses and relays . I was told it was not the bulb at a parts store. Well long story short it definitely was the bulb. Thank you Tantrum Audio for your exceptional customer service. I don’t know of any other business that would be there for you when a problem arises, even though nothing to do with their product. I would recommend them when looking for any of their services.

I have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma Off Road in 6-speed MANUAL TRANSMISSION ( yes, it’s stick shift). Ryan is very attentive to any question i asked from the time I visited the shop about installing remote starter for MANUAL TRANSMISSION up to the day it was installed. Very detail in explaining the procedure how to “Start/Stop” the truck. The remote starter installed is excellent. If i could give them 10 STARS i will do it. Highly recommended.

Called this place on a whim, after being turned down for a remote start in my 91 k2500 silverado , because of it having manual door locks and windows. After a few minutes on the phone the owners assured me it could be done, so we set an appt ,and from the time I arrived to the time I left I was taken care of, and in and out in about an hour with all my question answered professionally.
