Taylor and her crew are so amazing to shop with in person and online! The store has always been clean, updated and stocked well when I have made the trip to shop in person. The online shipping is fast and customer support response time puts most other companies to shame. I love their products and always look forward to new supplies from them. So proud to support this local business! I met Taylor years ago at a product demo in another craft store and quickly fell in love with TE! Not only were her tips and tricks for card making easy to follow, but her products were an amazing quality! I began visiting the local TE studio for weekly make & take projects, and it became the highlight of my week! Genuinely helpful and caring staff- everyone is amazing! Such a wonderful variety of products and new ones being developed all the time! Speedy shipping for the times my schedule doesn’t allow for a visit! And now an amazing new studio - so spacious and inviting! My creativity is sparked by the design team samples and the Facebook live videos are inspiring! Unfortunately I don't live close enough to shop in the store, so I will leave feedback about my online experiences. I buy from Taylored Expressions quite regularly via their website! I find the website to be extremely user friendly and I love all the perks and freebies we can get if you spend a certain amount. When I order, my order is usually IN THE MAIL the same day that I order. If I order late, it's in the mail the next day. I wish Taylored Expressions would give other companies lessons on how to run an incredible business and have an amazing customer service! With Taylored Expressions ... I find it is ALL about making the customer happy! I NEVER feel like a number. Best company ever to do business with!!

Their customer service and shipping is the best in the business. I love their products. Their bi-weekly video's are always full of wonderful techniques that are easy to reproduce. They have the best Crafty Points program that rewards you for your purchases along with a monthly $100 gift with purchase. They are very interactive on Facebook with their fans and lots of times the responses come directly from Taylor. You can tell by the interactions with Taylor and employees that they really care about their staff. I wish I lived in Iowa...I would want to work there!

I cannot say enough good attributes about Taylored Expressions. I got to visit their new location before it opened and it is beyond beautiful. Can’t wait to go back some day. I only discovered Taylored Expressions within the last 6 months or so, but I fell in love after placing my first online order. I haven't had a chance yet to visit their new store, but I buy online every chance I get, and I've been so impressed. My packages typically ship the same day that I place my order, everything is packaged with care and love, not to mention that everything is adorable and high-quality.
