If I could leave 10 Stars I would. I think I've left 5 reviews ever in my 46 years of existence. But I had to, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with how customer service and just lack of expertise everywhere I go these days. But what a breath of fresh air it was after coming to my 3rd stop. Other tee shirt places around couldn't answer simple questions about shirt material quality or pricing. I came in a Barb was like what are you looking for. I said a soft tee shirt that would fit my awesome dad bod. I'll tell you what, she knew exactly what I needed and wanted. She has 30 years of experience and it showed. She explained everything to me in regards to the shirt she picked out for me and the style of printing and how the one she recommends lasts a lot longer and doesn't fad in the wash.

I can't believe anyone would have a 1 star experience, unless people are such snowflakes that if someone isn't kissing their butts that they are considered rude. Barb had the best customer service. I felt welcomed and not judged for my dad bod. I was informed and the whole process to getting my shirts was simple and painless, and very affordable.

Then I got my shirts and boy did Barb hit the nail on the head. These shirts are soft, and they fit my dad bod perfectly. I'm getting more shirts done now that I know that I love them.

I'm also getting hats done to match my shirts. I can't wait!!!

Thank you Barb, you rock!!! Thank you for showing me that there are still company's out there that put customer service as #1, with a sunny disposition and knowledge in what you are helping me with. Very rare these days, sad to say.

Tees and More did an excellent job embroidering my kids polos and jackets for school. I needed my daughter’s polos done quickly and Courtney made sure they were done next day for me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing embroidery. They do an awesome job!

If you have a need or desire to have custom t-shirts made, I highly recommended Tees and More at 2470 Val Vista Drive. My son is having a birthday during this covid time, and because we do not wish to have a large gathering in an indoor environment, we decided on a small party. We wanted to create a humorous shirt that commemorated his birthday during this strange time. We were unsure exactly how to go about it, but we wanted to use a locally owned business. We called a few local businesses, but my sense was maybe an employee answered the call, or if not, we were still left scratching our head as to how to get it done.
I made one last call to Tees and More. Barb answered the phone. Right away she was able to help us on how to do what we were trying to do. You could feel her experience. I liked her. She appeared knowledgeable and the pricing more than fair based on other price quotes.

When I need more custom work done, I will be using this company. And when anyone asks if I have a recommendation, I will gladly recommend Tees and More.

My experience with Tees and More was great!

The online lab itself is pretty simple and neat. The graphics in the online lab are a bit elementary so it's hard to really get a clear visual on what your shirt will look like for sure, but I didn't have any trouble using the lab to upload designs I had made beforehand. Maybe due to some online glitches, the colors in the images I uploaded for the design were somewhat inaccurate. This discouraged me a little as I was more unsure of what the final product would look like so I didn't contact them; however, I was contacted directly through email by Jennifer.

She informed me that the online lab was new and wanted some feedback. I felt reassured by her initiative to provide additional assistance and service so I continued the process from there.

My project was for an organization I am currently interning with. They wanted the shirts done within the week. I was out of town and felt sorry to rush Jennifer and her team, but they were more than helpful and amazing. They were prompt with emails and answered my calls. I also got additional help from Barb when Jennifer was unavailable. It went relatively smoothly.

At first, they said it usually would take about a week to finish an order, which is entirely understandable so I wouldn't have even been upset at all. However, they were SO awesome and finished the order for us in just a few days! I was impressed and grateful! That's not all! Since I was out of town, I told members of the organization to pick up the order before they closed on Friday, but none of the members were able to. Jennifer and her team were so understanding. They sent someone to the store to allow my colleagues to pick up the order on a Saturday morning even though they are closed for the weekends. I was so thankful for their kindness.

The shirts are awesome. The service is awesome. They're awesome.
