An operator of Terraboost told me Chris, the vice president of Terraboost, is always on his phone checking his emails. I sent Chris of Terraboost multiple emails and multiple voicemails to which none were replied back to.

I do not feel comfortable working with a company who's vice president doesn't reply to an urgent situation. The urgent situation is that I paid for a top and bottom ad at Winco. When I arrived to the Winco there was no bottom ad. It took many attempts to contact several individuals at Terraboost to finally reply and resolve the issue.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
