Two weeks ago, I had my car serviced for an electronic issue and a tire rotation. After that, I experienced severe shaking and pulling to one side for about a week, so I scheduled another service. I initially felt the vibrations, but after a week, they seemed to disappear for me. However, my wife still felt them, so I took the car back.
I explained my two-week experience to the woman at the counter, but she responded that my car seemed fine now and that I didn’t need service. I told her that I was simply sharing my experience, and since my wife still felt the vibrations, that was why I brought the car in today. This led to a long back-and-forth argument. (Never share your opinions or feelings at the counter—they’ll try to deny service or make you pay just because they’re busy.)
I told her that I wasn’t a professional, so I needed confirmation that there was no issue, and that it was their responsibility to check. Eventually, they agreed to inspect the car but warned that if they found a problem, I might have to pay. They also said I wouldn’t be eligible for a transportation car. (Initially, they told me the service was covered under warranty and that I could get a transprtation service if needed.)
This wasn’t the first time I had frustrating experiences here. Some staff barely answered questions, responding with “I don’t know.” However, a young Hispanic guy named Won was at least helpful—he acknowledged that things like this could happen and answered my questions even when it was busy. Thanks to him, I was able to keep my frustration in check.

This was my second visit to this Tesla service center, and I had a wonderful time, just like the first one. Amanda was incredibly kind, courteous, and understanding, and Mario and Devon fixed my car super quick.
I even spoke with another customer who agreed this center offers a more pleasant experience compared to other nearby Tesla service centers. I hope the company notices the work they do here!

The service technician Juan was super friendly and kind. Our windshield wiper’s calibration was off and we couldn’t use our wipers during the incoming storm. Being from out of town, we had to stop by the Tesla Service center on Arden and Juan took us in, made the appropriate adjustments within 40 min and we were on our way home safe! Thanks Juan for an amazing job!

I had a terrible experience at this Tesla dealership. I brought my car in for a simple service (windshield replacement), and they managed to damage it underneath my car. What’s worse is that they refused to take accountability for their mistake, leaving me with a repair bill I shouldn’t have to pay. The staff were dismissive and showed no sense of urgency or responsibility in resolving the issue. It’s incredibly disappointing to receive such poor service from a brand known for innovation. I expected much better from Tesla. Proceed with caution if you value your vehicle and customer service!
