I have used the Art Group's services for years. From marketing collateral, to conference signage and installation, to web design, the Art Group has ALWAYS delivered. Mike is straightforward and reliable and always provides top-tier service. He's efficient, thorough, and reliable. They always check the signage and materials that is delivered by vendors before signing off and delivering to me, the client. Recently, they updated 4 web pages on our site and did an incredible job. Everyone has complimented the pages and they are significantly better than what the last agency did for us. As a result, we will be using TAG for years to come and continuing with web upgrades, if not redoing the entire website. I've been a marketing director for 5 years and am quite capable myself, but I will delegate to Mike's and Tony's team when I need to hit a quick deadline. I highly recommend them.

I had met with Mike Iadanza (Web Design/IT specialist) in person, and was told to follow up with a phone call because he is "in charge". I called a week later as requested, and Mike was very rude on the phone. I called to see if they would be able to work with me on a quote, but when I started going into the details Mike cut me off short and said he wouldn't be able to do anything with me, and hung up the phone before I could go into any other details of what I needed. I didn't bother to call back because they obviously don't want my business. If you do end up working with them, I suggest staying away from Mike.
