Quaint little butcher near the hockey rink. They have a butcher case of fresh cut meats to choose from plus 2 freezers full of all sorts of goodies, like store made brats, hot dogs, butchered meats, and more. They make their own jerky in house and it’s very tasty. Don’t pass on their brats! The maple bacon and cranberry brat is the best. Little bit of sweetness from the maple and cranberry make a WORLD of a difference. So if you are in the area, stop in to stock up.

I have a place in birchwood, Brought my deer for processing Thursday morning and got it back on my way home to Kenosha Monday morning👍🏻 the meat was pure I have no reason to believe it was mixed with other peoples deer, I will definitely bring more deer for processing. Make sure to call before dropping off deer because there may be a day they aren’t accepting.

I went in with a $40.00 gift card I had gotten for Christmas. I was looking for 2 one inch thick New York Strip Steaks. They were able to cut those perfectly for me. And I had enough left to get a pound of fresh hamburger and 3 strips of Great bacon!! This is a Great place to get Fresh or frozen all kinds of meat... Plus Great Service!!

I've only had the jerky from here but it's amazing. The only down side is that i have to drive 200+ miles to get it. When my boyfriend and i visit town we always get a bunch because our coworkers love it and want some too. Also the people working there are very friendly and welcoming.

Fresh cheese curds. Great selection of other cheeses. The beef jerky is wonderful. Also bought some smoked salmon. They will cut steaks while you wait. This is a place we plan on going to every time we're in Rice lLake.
