My wife and I stopped at The Camera Company to get binoculars to do some birdwatching in the Arboretum this summer and found the staff to be really patient and knowledgeable in responding to our questions. The staff was friendly and not pushy. We went home to do some more research on the best binoculars for us but are going back to The Camera Company this weekend to get the pair we settled on - strongly recommend them for good selection and helpful service.

Honestly, there is good value in this store. If you hit their sales (Cash for Cameras, for example) at the right time, you can trade in old equipment and get new equipment for less. Also, I signed up for Click Club and got crazy deals on metal and canvas prints for my first order. This, literally, cut a third off the cost of my holiday gift expenses. The new camera allowed the family memory prints to happen. Such a good investment. Also, solid customer service. Check these people out.

Tim did an excellent job. My beautiful, wonderful, girlfriend needed a new camera. Her old camera was wiggity wiggity wack. Tim hooked us up big time. I am forever greatful to Tim. He gave us deals that I didn't even know a camera company could give.

I was really impressed with the one- on-one assistance I I received with perfecting an insta-print picture ready for the final print. The male staff member that worked with me was attentive, friendly, knowlegeable, kind, and very helpful. I appreciated the top-notch service that I received. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for help getting photocopies. They'll give you a hard time if it's artwork, arguing that there's a copyright even if there's not. Some of the artwork I made myself.

The guy working behind the counter did apologize, but I don't know what he was so worried about.
