Sadly, my mother had to go back to Val Vista for the second time in 12 months. So that’s not such a great thing but the great news is that Val Vista is a wonderful facility. Super new and super clean. Wonderful staff!

We really enjoyed the caregivers Kayden and Marcy. They did such a great job. My mom said the food was great. She stayed for three weeks and was finally ready to leave, but I think she got great care while they were there. The speech, physical and occupational
Therapy departments were also amazing!!

The staff at the Center at Val Vista did an excellent job caring for my mother while she recovered from her surgery. The care she received, and the friendly staff made her stay there a good experience for her. We particularly appreciated all the assistance the family received from Rhonda, who helped us with decisions we had to make with our mothers care.

My wife Linda has been in several rehab centers in the last 2 years and The Center at Val Vista was by far the best. The daily doctors' visits were great and informative. The wound care was exceptional. The overall nurse care was exceptional. She actually felt bad when she was discharged. Special attention to the CNA Paula who was outstanding in caring for Linda

This place is TERRIBLE! Unorganized and unsafe! The Adon and charge nurse Kat ‘charge nurse is Very unprofessional she speaks to the workers any kind of way she yelled and screamed at a nurse about charting in front of everyone! Very unprofessional! And humiliating it’s a time and place for everything the same charge nurse was yelling and very unprofessional to a CNA in front of everyone! Which explains why they have to go through agency works to get work! Run from this place!

Thank you for taking care of my dad. He really enjoyed working with Mario and his wound care nurses were helping regularly with his foot. I also received updates regularly from Sal and Rhonda was very helpful contacting me as well. My dad also had several evening workers that he called Boss and said they assisted him in the evening time since he was a fall hazard. Again, thank you!

My husband's 60 days stay at the Center at Val Vista was made especially pleasant because of his CNA Abraham. We cannot sing his praise enough. The staff acted very professional and caring. This is his second time at the Center and we highly recommend it.

I didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a nice facility with good size rooms. The room staff was excellent--always got my pills on time, they were attentive and personable--- made me feel special. They were all great but a special shout out to Paula and Abby.
As for the PT and OT staff, I can't say enough. They were all professional, knew when to push and when to back off and were always encouraging.
I would very much recommend this facility

My mother had a very positive experience at the Center. She liked the staff, meals,room and therapy staff. We had good communication between the staff and myself. I would recommend the Center at Val Vista to anyone needing rehabilitation.
