If you can subscribe online, you should be able to cancel online. Not have to call in and get placed on hold just to get a contracted "representative". Extremely deceptive business practice and I can't wait for the FTC's ban on this. I guess that's what a dying industry tries to do to survive. Too bad it's having the opposite affect and pushing even more people away.

Subscribed to the NP online edition. Worst mistake I have made in quite a while. Do not do this if you are thinking about it. You will never get out of it. Worthless to start with and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 days on the phone to get it cancelled. From some outfit in India. Shameful way to operate.

Need more coverage and a wider variety of things in printed paper. It's not enough to read in your daily news for the subscription price. It's also getting news cut short in stories and turned quite weak lately I'm Heather Wells I read paper when front page is useful and that's kind of been a viewing site on the racks lately.
