I am not a natural media influencer: I lack experience, the outgoing personality, and the technological knowledge to use podcasts and the latest means of visibility. My enthusiasm can barely make up for my multiple shortcomings.

Grant walked me through the process, explaining the creative work leading to the actual selection of high-impact podcasts. Evidently, he had analyzed my company's position in the market, and was suggesting avenues to optimize the short-term gains from the scheduled presentations, as well as the post-podcast leveraging of their visibility over a longer time.

I was impressed by the humanity of all this: never did I feel pressed into a direction I wished to avoid, and the empathetic tone of our interactions constantly reminded me why the firm is called "The Empathy Firm".
