I want to thank Catalina and Iveth for their services they have played a huge part in my husband life with finding good paying jobs they have helped change our lives helping my husband find employment he start out as temp and get hired on permanently with 2 places of employment 1st job he worked for about 5 years until the job closed their doors and now he has been hired on at another job thanks to these 2 ladies I have recommended people to work with Hughes Agency because if you want to work and you are dependable they will help you possibly find your forever job.. I was skeptical about seeking work through an agency, but my sister had a lot of good things about The Hughes Agency, and after nearly a month of job hunting with no success, I figured why not.

I have checked with Hughes agency about 5 times especially Catlina about helping me and my sister to find a job and she still hasn’t found nothing for us in one month . She doesn’t care about what I had to say on the phone and was just so concerned if I’m going to have rides to work . I don’t understand what that got to do with anything with helping me and my sister to find a job if thats your obligation to find people a job .

Marlena found a position based on my degree and experience. She constantly checked on me to make sure that everything was going smoothly. However, the company that hired/trained me, had me idle during slow days and had me doing other things rather than training me for the position. The other company decided that I wasn't a good fit.

I appreciate The Hughes Agency so much! They are all so friendly and professional! They helped me find permanent job placement, when I struggled to find a career. I have degrees, one being a Master's but without much experience, I struggled to find work. I tried other staffing agencies but none came through, until I went to Hughes. Stephanie is awesome! She went straight to work and found something for me quickly! When that one didn't work out, she assured me that I would have placement the following week and she did!
