The Literary Hotel was a great place to stay. The aesthetic is modern with amazing exposed brick. Solon has some great restaurants and cute shops. We had a small issue with our room and the owner got us a new one and gave us a credit back. Wonderfully accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Best bed I’ve ever slept in, beautiful space, and amazing staff. The owner was particularly amazing to work with. We also booked the reception space for our rehearsal dinner and the Palmer House Stable down the street for our wedding, and we truly had an excellent experience at all three places. Gorgeously renovated and luxuriously appointed, these spaces are perfect for your next party or getaway. I know they were for ours!

We booked a block of rooms here for our wedding and our rehearsal dinner and had an incredible time! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and Al was friendly and responsive whenever there were concerns or confusion – he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was perfect. Even shuffling guests between rooms when they goofed up making their reservations was easy to work through with Al and the staff. I’m already trying to think of excuses to go back and stay again!

A charming, lovely hotel in a quiet town! The room was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Every detail felt intentional and helped to make our stay fun! Staff were very welcoming and helpful! The local restaurants were delightful, as well! Should we ever find ourselves in the area again we will only ever stay here!

We found the location perfect to walk and grab breakfast or lunch or a drink. Pretty little town to take a walk in. Room was very comfortable. Plenty of places to plug electronics to enjoy media and a bed that was plush enough to sleep well. We found the hotel peaceful and quiet. Love the little shops also. Great place to relax.

We had a baby shower in the small banquet room.The room is gorgeous, and the manager was so helpful and flexible on setup times. We had about 45 people, and we had room for games, food, and picture opportunities.
