My friend complained about pain in her side for weeks and no one would listen to her.
So I went out there and we called the ambulance to get some help of why she is having all this pain.
Cat scan showed 4 broken ribs. How can that happen in there care. They will blame her. I think they better check of the workers they have working there. Shady bunch of workers. They call the patients liers. And everything is the patients fault.
Don't trust these people with a dead rat.

My Mother joined The "Neighbors Memory care facility" when we were no-longer able to meet her special needs at home. (This was a hard decision for our family to make.) The Directors and the Staff that cared for my mother were amazing! They always made us feel welcome whenever we would visit or call, and Mom was comfortable, happy, and loved the people taking care of her. 🥰

Long term staff were kind, considerate and respectful to my father. They tried all that they could to help him through therapy and when that didn’t work they transitioned well to hospice and were helpful to us along the way. We were happy we found neighbors of Dunn county.

Attention travelers beware of nurse KANG. She is a hypocrite and a manipulator. If you enjoy working in a hostile work environment this is the place you want to be. If you don’t become part of her “click” you are automatically on the chopping block. She has her favorites and makes it known. It’s serves you no justice to go to management as you will be talking to a brick wall. You will have a better response from your dog than talking to these people. You are not allowed to do your job the humane way. You have to do the exact opposite. And if you don’t you will be on the chopping block. The residents have no rights and when there is any concern it is ignored. CNAs your workload includes being a CNA, master chef and housekeeper all in one for PENNIES ☺️ There might be days where you are the only one on the floor besides the nurse and have to do CNA and become the master Chef. Imagine being the only aide on the memory care unit trying to cook and serve meals while you got Billy Joe Bob trying to escape. Picture that. LPNs/RNs be aware that you will highly likely be MANDATED to get on the floor to perform CNA duties. I know a complete joke right? Trying to pass meds and wiping behinds all at the same time 🥴 My sincere prayer for this facility is they get themselves together sooner rather than later. A lot of work in management needs to take place ASAP or this place will go down faster than a mudslide. Cheers and blessings to a new beginning ☺️

A five star rating goes to the entire dedicated staff of professionals at The Neighbors of Dunn County! They were outstanding caregivers of our mother. Especially The Eventide Neighborhood who treated her with complete dignity and respect while meeting her needs. Your job is a hard one, demanding special qualities while you care for the frail and elderly. Thank you for your commitment!

A great concept of small spaces, neighborhoods, within the larger complex makes for a homey space. Meals cooked in a central kitchen that feels like home. Staff is 100% professional and kind.

When i went to the neighborhood of dunn couty i had the best nurses they really took good care of me i miss them and everybody else i had to go there after my surgery i had a tumor the size of a football in my stomach it burst that was on oct 23 2016 it was so scary and so i asked to go there i wud recommend you go there thumbs to everybody you did a great job thumbs up to all of you you are kind caring funny peope thanks again i wud recommend you go there you get the best care
