I can't speak to their products, but their customer service is terrible. They are a UPS drop-off point, and when I went to pick up a package that the driver failed to deliver to my door (twice), they claimed that they didn't have it. The middle-aged blonde woman that I spoke to at the counter was rude, defensive and a bit condescending. I suppose that if this is who I am dealing with in terms of a UPS issue, I can't expect any better if I were to seek other services or product support. I had to have UPS return the item to sender over the phone support line.
