Don't recommend to anyone way to overpriced. Medium quality tried to charge me over 2k for a radio and I lost all my functions in my vehicle. I didn't want it so they incorrectly installed my previous radio and subwoofers

Overall I've had excellent experiences here with their warm staff and fair pricing, even with my difficult European cars! It is definitely a "family" style business so while the level of professionalism isn't what you'd expect from a "franchise" style, your kindness and respect is recognized and rewarded significantly more in the form of returned kindness and respect. Another related difference is how they handle their quotes. If they quote you an hour to diagnose something but they are able to figure out what's going on without taking things apart, I've had the quote significantly reduced or waived altogether. On the other hand, if a repair or installation ends up taking significantly more time than originally expected, they will rightly charge accordingly. Given the "custom" nature of a lot of their work, it is VERY important that you specifically request to be contacted for approval prior to proceeding should the original quote change. I was impressed by the owner's ability to handle his business as well as he does while clearly having his priorities straight in that he appears to always be a phone call away from his family. As an aspiring entrepreneur, this is something I am more than willing to have patience with as it is something I very much respect. Bottom line: as long as you are kind, respectful, and communicate your needs to them, I am confident you will have the excellent experiences with them that I have!

The Radio Doctor is an exceptional place for all your car audio needs! I had always wanted a new sound system in my car since my high schools days. I finally was able to afford one and Jason was a true professional in guiding me to what I wanted in my system. New upgraded head unit from Pioneer with Apple car play, brand new upgraded car speakers, a very slick Memphis amp, and two 12” jbl arena subs w/enclosure! Before the Memphis amp, they installed a different amp that just wasn’t meeting my expectations as far as power output. Jason was more than happy to exchange for a more powerful amp and was very happy with the outcome! Radio Doctor then helped me tune the car audio to my liking and it is superb! Everything I have ever wanted is now inside my car! I will recommend anyone to The Radio Doctor for all of their car audio needs! These guys are true professionals and the real deal! Thanks a million, Jason and the rest of the team who helped me out!

Great place to go! They have worked on many of my cars in the past. They just got done with my boat as they installed new speakers, a head unit, and an amp. Memphis Audio sounds amazing if you are in the market. If you are looking for quality and well-priced come to the Radio Doctor! Jason is very knowledgeable.

Jason did an amazing job with my car fixing the USB ports so I can use CarPlay. I took my car to the dealership 3 times, they could not find the problem and wanted to charge me upwards of $400. Took it to the Radio Doctor with Jason who found the problem within an hour and a half and fixed it right away! And I only had to pay a fraction of what the dealership wanted too. Highly recommend asking for Jason for all your car audio needs!

Recently took my 2021 Lexus GX back to Radio Doctor as the V-Line I had them install quite working after 2.5 years. Eric took it upon himself to personally find out what happened, and worked directly with the V-Line company to troubleshoot and update the systems Firmware. Now it works beautifully again. Eric would not take any compensation for his time and effort even though my unit has been out of warranty for over a year. You simply can't buy better service and support then that. He's only concern what that I was happy! Thanks again Eric!
