I have used this "internet provider" with multiple businesses and had internet interruptions daily. The service is overpriced and customer service is useless and rude assuming you can get anyone. Snowcloud is just a middleman leach taking advantage of the poor souls who cant reach the internet any other way. Hopefully the new Starlink internet will put an end to it.

Snow cloud is the best in town if you can get it. Super fast download speeds and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my download speeds due to heavy winds interfering with their equipment. I called and left a message in the middle of the night and the next morning I was on the phone with a tech who was ready and willing to assist me. The very next day, they would have come earlier if not for my schedule, they came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Now my wife and I can download our wedding photos!

The internet works great, regardless of weather or environmental conditions. The customer service team is really responsive and they send you an email directly when there is the rare outage. No problems or complaints so far, definitely the best option in town. I highly recommend if they're available in your area. Plus, they're a locally owned small business, which I'm happy to support.
