Over the Summer, I was passing through Ottumwa, Iowa for a drag race. I had over 200 blank hats and was trying to find someone to embroider them within a week. I called Stitch Doctor and they didn't bat an eye. Jackie and her team took the hats, digitized my artwork and had them done! Out of my 13 years of selling apparel and working with vendor -- Stitch Doctor delivered far beyond my expectations! The hats turned out gorgeous! The crowd loved them! Thank you so much Jackie! I love forward to working with them again next time we pass through town. Highly recommended!

Jackie and her team were excellent to work with. I wanted some logos of the team I do radio broadcasts for put on the back of a couple coats I had. They turned out better than expected and I would highly recommend them. I will go back in the future!

I have used the Stitch Doctor for all our company apparel for years. It is great to work with a locally owned company. Jackie and the girls take great care of us and there have never been any issues. I have also personally used the Stich Doctor or custom t-shirts, hats and embroidery. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking.

I ordered shirts for the Robotics/Automation program at Indian Hills and they turned out awesome. The Stitch Doctor staff were really helpful answering the ton of questions that I had throughout the process and once I placed the order they were ready quickly! All of my students were happy with them and a few other people reached out wanting to buy one so I am looking forward to ordering more!

I bought my wife two lab coats to be done with her name and credentials on them. She passed her boards and that was my gift for her. It is disappointing that not only are they ruined but we can't get them fixed anywhere. We just wants things made right. This lady is being rude about it. I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

They ruined my lab coats. She won't try to fix, refund, or replace them. What was supposed to be a gift for a major achievement is now a loss. My feelings about staying local have changed. I'm just hurt that she won't even try.

Called to see if they had any Ottumwa onesie’s they didn’t have any in the size I was needing but told me if I came in with one they would help me right out and they did!! It was fast! And great service! Definitely will not hesitate using them again!
