I just moved here Friday from Florida, Ginger made the process so easy for me. The office staff is amazing there’s always someone to answer your questions. The apartment is even more beautiful and spacious in person, the community is clean and kept up with. I just had to put in a maintenance request today and within the HOUR Brandon and was out and fixed the issue. I’ve never experienced such friendly people and community. I’m so excited for what the future holds here. Thank you all for answering my millions of questions and making this big move for me and family a comfortable one!! So far this is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had.

Roof leaked two years , loud music all night long. Rent entirely too high for the property. It’s not gated. The card for the front gate is constantly having issues, I had to dry my clothes 7 times, only two washers work . They do not doordash there anymore due to a murder happening which I had to learn from others. Every wifi provider claim they didn’t cover the area. Nobody minds paying for a decent place to stay. But by all means keep your property up.$1150 for a one bedroom and to deal with all that

Don’t live here. Unless you want to over pay for a “gated community” but the gates always open and broken, The pool being closed, Party’s and loud music all hours of the day and night, the noisiest neighbors that have no respect for real adults with real jobs, neighbors that leave trash scattered everywhere or piled beside their doors, Cars flying in and out, kids running wild and ramped all in the parking lot, stairs, and breezeways, Maintenance not fixing problems and request, making complaints multiple times with nothing changed, people not picking up after themselves or their animals. Also forget about security. There was a fatality shooting a few months ago and another crime but there was no details given. Don’t even bother with the curiosity officer, they never answer. This place is a joke. It used to be nice and a decent place to live. Now it’s trash, which is an understatement. Would not recommend at all. 0 stars.

0/10!!!!! I’ve put in so many maintenance requests about my leaking refrigerator and still no one was came I’ve put this is 3 months ago!! These apartments are not worth $1375!!! More like 600. I’m so fed up with them i can’t wait till my lease is up so I can leave !!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! They say they going to fix something and never do!!! I’m fed up with the verandas!! If moving out in the middle of my lease wouldn’t harm my credit I wouldve been left and I only been here for 3 months !! Just shut the whole apartment complex DOWNNN!!! Yall are horrible !! Don’t do nothing but lie to you!! Come fix my refrigerator!!!

If you live here, UPS does not deliver your items to your door in this apartment meaning you HAVE to go to the office every single time to retrieve your item. So if you do a lot of online shopping from Amazon or have Amazon Prime like I do, keep that in mind.

Also security issue is huge- the gates are usually open so anyone can come in and go out as they please. Pools are usually filthy so I never have used it since I moved in 1.5yrs ago.

Dog park is just awful I don't want to take my dog there. It looks like it has never been taken care of since it was established.

Apartment itself is okay except my unit has the oldest carpet I have ever seen; the furs became so flat it does not feel like an actual carpet because people have been walking on it for such a long time(shown in picture attached)
I'm surprised they charge $800+ for apartment like this condition. I would've requested to change the carpet/or to other unit if I knew about this before I move in.

The apartments themselves are alright but this place has really gone downhill. First of all, I am never notified when people enter my apartment when I’m not there “because they don’t have the time”. I put a work order in because my water was so hot on the coldest setting, I couldn’t shower in it. Like I literally didn’t have cold water in my shower.

They said they fixed it, they didn’t, I put another order in— Finally it was fixed!

The next day, for some reason unbenounced to me, they came back to fix it again and now my tub is leaking hot water I called the emergency hotline and the maintenance guy said he was going to wait to fix the leak until later tomorrow because it “wasn’t serious” as it was due to the tub diverter. Mind you, this was a leak caused by MAINTENANCE and now I have to pay because of their carelessness!

Not too long ago, the entire maintenance staff, except one, quit. If that doesn’t tell you there’s a probelm here, I don’t know what will. Incredibly disappointed
