My stepfather transitioned from assisted-living and another facility to memory care here at the Watermark in Oro Valley. I had expected a tremendous amount of stress and the staff here at Watermark in Oro Valley made the transition seamless and easy. It was wonderful. Karen was incredible. Terry was too. I’m so happy I chose this facility for my stepfather. I look forward to seeing him flourish, and I know he’s in good hands with the amazing staff .

After visiting and analyzing ten facilities, my wife made the decision, and recently moved into the Memory Care unit at Watermark at Oro Valley. We are both pleased with the care and attention she is receiving. Admittedly, the transition has not always been easy, but all the Care Givers and Med Techs have invested the time and energy to ensure that she would ultimately feel comfortable and well cared for in her new environment. We have found the Memory Care management and Sales folks to communicate well and to be open to questions or suggestions. We chose wisely!

One month in after moving my Mom to the memory care unit at Watermark Oro Valley, I must admit that I am very impressed with all aspects of her care there. All staff there are very pleasant and helpful. Concerted efforts are made to get her out of her room to participate in the many activities they provide. She plays the piano in the front lobby and really enjoys herself. Hats off to all of you, and keep up your great and caring work there!

I come in twice a week typically and I would like to say it’s Very clean, staff is very attentive. Cheery environment as soon as you walk in. Residents I run into are always smiling and happy! Staff/residents seem to be very content with one another, lots of engagement and fun outdoor activities planned for residents.
April (Front Desk) is always smiling from the moment I walk in to when I leave mid day. She wears her smile and positive attitude brilliantly!

Our loved one has been living at The Watermark at Oro Valley for nearly a year. The personnel at the facility are fabulous. In particular April always makes the effort to be warm and kind to our loved one and she always greets us by name when we visit. She is pleasant and cheerful and makes us especially glad that we chose this location for our loved one’s care and security.

Alma and activities did an amazing job for mother's day when I walked into the dinning room it was filled with elegance and beauty it took my breath away. The china was absolutely beautiful and different with each setting. The food was like we were in an another world having a tea party. When you enter the community you see a great smiling face who makes everything thing bright and willing to help you. You definitely had to be there to experience how wonderful mother's day was and April smile. Thank you Alma for making are mother's day very special.

The Dirty Old Men ( our band) played today at Watermark. I think everyone present had a good time. I know we did. Very nice place , clean and well organized. The staff was courteous and helpful. A good time.
