Fantastic work and customer service. Overall, I wasn’t very pleased with my company’s order. We placed a large order of fleece jackets and down vests for our team members and clients as holiday gifts. The order was placed on November 1 and was officially completed on January 17.

We encountered several issues during the process. We requested embroidery of our company logo on the fleece jackets and patches on the down vests. However, despite these clear instructions, the patches were mistakenly placed on some of the fleece jackets. The patches didn’t look great on the fleeces, and the company’s resolution was either to keep them as is with a discount or wait for a couple of weeks for the corrected jackets to be shipped. This was inconvenient, as we intended to send the items as holiday gifts, and some ended up being shipped after the holidays.

When we finally received the down vests, we noticed that one had a white cloth sewn on the inside where the patch was located, along with unnecessary stitching around the vest. It appeared to be a prototype where they had tested patch placement. Again, we had to wait another week or so for them to redo the vest and send it to us.

It didn’t seem like they thoroughly inspected the items before shipping. It took several weeks to receive all of the correct items, and they didn’t offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience. In the end, the products looked great, but I don’t think our company will be ordering from them again.

Our department orders branded jackets annually, and they're pretty popular. I ran across Threadfellows this year and used them to embroider our company logo on the jackets. I'm really glad I did. The rep assigned to me was very responsive and helpful. The items were turned around super quickly, the pricing was affordable, and there were no ordering minimums. I think we'll be using Threadfellows from now on when we place jacket orders!

Very happy with my order from Threadfellows, everything came out great!

They have quite a large selection of gear to choose from, and there's no minimum number of jackets needed in order to place an order. You and 10 coworkers could all order different jackets without difficulty.

Additionally, the team went above and beyond to ensure the order was completed to liking. Very responsive to emails and accommodating. Will order from them next time gear is needed.

I recently placed a large order for our employees and was on a very tight timeline. I even accidentally complicated my order on the website. Ian (and the whole Threadfellows team) was very responsive to all of my desperate pleas and, not only pleasant and professional, they got my order out on time. They even ran out of the product I had originally ordered, but were quick to let me know and get a replacement started without missing the deadline. The products turned out great and the team loves them and Threadfellows was fantastic to work with.
