I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. After doing a lot of research and conducting multiple interviews, I chose to hire Thrive because I believed they were the best option. However, my experience with them was a complete disappointment. Despite promising to front load the work to improve my website's ranking, they never followed through. I even offered to pay extra, but they didn't take me up on it. As a result, my website's ranking actually went down. I paid $24,000 for this service and received very little in return - only a few blog posts and a small number of backlinks. The icing on the cake was when my account manager tried to take credit for a large number of links that were actually in existence before I hired Thrive. My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible. They did not live up to their reputation and my experience with them was extremely frustrating and costly.

We fired our last marketing agency due to their lack of communication, additionally we rarely knew what they were doing and if we asked they wouldnt really directly answer the question. Thrive has been working on our Website and SEO for several months now, they keep open lines of communication, Matt is doing an outstanding job with our keywords, we now rank for several that we didnt a few weeks ago. The overall experience with Thrive has been refreshing and we're so glad to be working with them.
