Ever since moving to Atwater several years ago, Ive been coming here for all my mailing needs. As a US veteran, Im glad I found a business thats veteran owned. Chris and crew are great folks. Before my father, also US veteran, had passed away, Chris helped me make a metal sign for his wheelchair. It had the American flag on it with his unit , 25th Infantry US Army. Chris guided me on the format for decorating the sign, making great suggestions and pointers.
He and his entire crew are the most professional , friendly and courteous service I have ever conducted business with. Had it not been for a US Postal center mix up on handling my packages, I probably wouldnt have found TLC Postal as soon as I had. I will continue going to TLC for all my packaging and mailing needs. I needed help getting a document from my phone to be printed, then witnessed, and then scanned as a pdf. Rochell assisted me with everything and I learned some new technology (on my phone). I've used TLC before for basic clerical help, sending out packages. People: this is a great place for all of your advanced clerical/administrative functions. The help was appreciated, and the cost very fair! I'll be back.

You know I been going for like 2 months I was there just about every day or every week. When the lady was there everything went GREAT and It felt great with such a welcome attitude from the lady . Whenever I go there when Chris is there he's RUDE, today I was just there and he totally ignored my presence in the building and and another lady came in the back of me and he greeted her and completely acted like he did not even see me . Then started helping the lady and was just RUDE . I would've thought because I'm always there I deserve a whole lot more respect and a better attitude. I now know to not go back not only because how rude he was but how he can't run a positive business . Shape up.
