Unbelievable. I simply called Tony cellular office just a few moments ago to get a quote to file my taxes. I was politely placed on hold, and then Tony himself answered and asked “how can I help you?” I said “ I’m looking to file my taxes and I would like to know your fee is?” he said “its hard to say, it’s like a restaurant you know the more you eat the higher your bill is, right?” So it’s the same here when you file your taxes here with me.” Then
he went on and asked me how old I was, I didn’t expect a question like that so I hesitated and asked him “ what does my age have to do with my question about filling my taxes?” His attitude changed with me so quick, 1000% jerk! and he turned around and told me “you know what I don’t have to do business with you if you refuse to answer my question so go find somewhere else to file you taxes I can’t help you.” Very unprofessional very rude very questionable Would not recommend him for any services if he was the last shop standing in Merced County.

Very unprofessional. Had to wait almost a week to have my phone fixed at the end I said hell no and went to pick up my phone before they could do anything to it. I got a diagnosis done which I paid 40 for and the guy said my phone screen was the only thing not working which was going to be about 100 something. I agreed to have my phone fixed and they said it would be ready the next day. Next day comes and I never received any phone calls which was weird so I called everyday to see when my phone would be ready and they always had an excuse which was annoying.

Tony's is more than a cell place, he's a business and tax guru. I've never appreciated someone's advice on taxes and business more than him. He gives great rates on tax prep, and super good deals on phones. He's a people person and wants to make sure you're leaving happy.
