Troy is extremely responsive, professional and creative. He suggests promotional and commercial ideas to keep our message fresh. He ensures that commercials and sponsorships are placed correctly to ensure we maximize our budget. They have also understood when our budget has changed and we need to cut back in areas. They always take the time to work with us and ensure we are putting out a quality product.
We also use Townsquare for our website management. It has been a seamless process and they are extremely responsive. Updates and changes have always exceeded our expectations. I have been shocked at how quick they are to respond.

Where do I even start, Had some un experience employee message me on Facebook and give me a sells pitch to get me to take time out of my day to come in and talk with him and Troy and sell me more things. When I stated very clearly I don’t have more then $150 and they said we will make that work. Then sold me in a radio add that promised to bring customers in the door. Not a single person came in from the work they did. Very hard to work with. Does not care about small Business. Would promise they would start using my Business since Troy uses our products and didn’t support us 1 time. All they care about is collecting your money. God bless

First of all, I will say the local sales representative is wonderful. They bent over backwards to help me. I enjoyed working with the local sales representative.
What was a good experience quickly became a bad experience when management became involved.
When something isn’t working like I was told it would, and you ask for an explanation and the explanation is incorrect, then you start to question what is really going on.
Then, out of the blue, I receive an email, not a phone call, but an email which is very unprofessional, that I will no longer be working with the local rep and they will no longer accept stand-alone website campaigns because, in their opinion, it won’t deliver the desired results. In turn, I cancelled all remaining schedules/contracts with them. Shortly thereafter, I receive an email from the manager calling my action a “knee jerk” reaction. After a couple of back and forth emails I get this from management: “Our business does not need your low-end buys to thrive.” Our low end buys totaled over $4,400.
