Tom does awesome work for us, and is always fast to reply. He's easy to work with and goes above and beyond. We wanted to use a photo of his that ended up not having high enough resolution for what we needed, so he want out and re-took the photo for us! Always a pleasure!

At 8:20am this Tuesday, TR Designs operated an unlicensed drone for commercial use over our private property without permission. The drone operator was flying the drone from his truck parked on the opposite side of our property, without line of site, peeping into the 2nd floor windows of our walkout basement home and the windows of our neighbors which is a violation of FAA drone operating requirements. A police report and FAA complaint have been filed.

**The owner's reply would be believable if he hadn't reported the first review I submitted, and if the neighbor in question wasn't located 8 houses down from ours.
