I was unable to shop in person due to a recent surgery. I wanted to buy a new mattress and to take advantage of a sale offered last Saturday. Jodi helped me over the phone and was great. I got exactly what I wanted. And Jacob and another team member were great when they delivered it. I needed a new frame and Jacob found what I needed, went back and then came back and installed it. My husband and i’s experience here was great start to finish. We came in wanting something kind of specific and not only did they have multiple options, they were so helpful and kind! We bought a livingroom set, couch, love seat, and swivel rocking recliner. Not only were the prices very reasonable, the service was exceptional. From the sales staff to behind the scenes guys helping us tie down our new furniture ( we had a seventy mile drive home on winter roads ) . These people are great to do business with. We have purchased several mattresses, frames and furniture from Trends. We have never disappointed in our purchases. This weekend we bought our granddaughter a mattress, she said she hasn't slept that good in a long time! I asked while there about our mattress having dips, and Brittany said "it shouldn't based on its age, lets see if we can warranty it!" And they did!! Getting a new mattress this week! Greatly appreciate these folks!! Great service and easy to work with! Find what you like there and take it home or they will deliver. Highly recommend them, before you go out of town, give them a look!!

Was in here with my wife looking at a dining room set. Were thinking about buying it when a sales lady with two other customers came over to the set and basically pushed us away so she could sell it to them. Didnt ask if we were done looking or anything. We would have probably spent $1200 in here tonight...but nope. Probably wont spend money in here ever again after being treated this way. ** UPdate** The owners did reach out and fixed this situation to our satisfaction. Thank you to the owners for their concern. Is a good place to shop.

I love my living room set! Affordable and quality made! We worked with Jody and she was so friendly and helpful! She knew exactly what I wanted! We got this living room set with a coffee table, side table, and a chair! I was worried about the color of the couch and love seat looking green and it doesn’t help that I am naturally indecisive when it comes to shopping. But, Jody was right! In my house it is more grey like she said and it’s such a well made product! I told her I have 3 young boys and dogs so I needed something solid. She could not have done better in helping us pick! I got the set that has a steel frame and a 5 yr warranty on the cushions. I recommend her advice! Thank you 🙏🏽
