I used this company years ago and always had quick service with reasonable prices. The customer service was always top notch and they were just really nice people to work with. Years later, I find myself in need of a very quick job and they were up to the task! I got this shirt designed and printed in one day and it is perfect! Nice staff and display. Quality of the shirts was nice too. I wish they were more organized and actually did what they said they would do. Multiple times they told me the order would be done at a time and it was always a month later after bothering them a ton.

I had two hockey jerseys that needed a name plate stitched on the back of jerseys . Not only did I receive high quotes from other places, the turn around time was a couple of weeks and I was pressed for time. T Shirt Pros got them done and back to me in a timely manner and the price was fair and reasonable. Thank you Bella for your help!

I originally gave a 1 star review about one month ago because I didn’t have a great experience with the front desk staff when I ordered shirts, BUT the business has personally contacted me and apologized. That meant alot and I feel much better about the business. I would recommend T Shirt Pros and I would definitely use them again!

I rated 2 stars because the shirts I got were good quality at a decent price. However, I would have given 5 stars had the service been better. The communication was lacking, I was originally was told my shirts would be completed by 10days or sooner. When I call to get a updated they were very quick with me and told me to look at the receipt and that it would take 7 to 14 business days. However, that's not what I was told inside the store. Which I was totally ok with, had that been what originally was said. Even if they had called and let me know and kept me upated I would have felt more at ease.It was like pulling teeth calling trying to get information and I had to keep calling for updates daily, which I was not updated at all by anyone. I JUST WISH THEY MADE THEIR CUSTOMERS FEEL MORE VALUED, RATHER THAN JUST TAKING MY MONEY AND PUTTING ME ON THE BACK BURNER.

Awesome Service, I was able to come in and get exactly what I needed. I needed new light colored company shirts for the summer time and this company was very friendly and helped me with my order. I have uniforms and lettering on my vehicles done here for the business Superior Pest and Rodent Management. They have grown with me over the years. I come to them for hats jackets shirts magnets. Bella does a great job.

I tried. I had called a few times no answer. I finally noticed it on a drive home and it was open so I stopped by. Had to get prints for work and decided on embroidery. I tried a few t shirts and polo's but either they had it in males and not in females or the shipping was delayed etc. A few items in store I tried she had to confirm if it was available in stock. Finally I settled for polos. On the day of pick up the embroidery was OK, the color choice based on logo I gave could have been a bit more bronze but it was fine. I questioned the polo because I remembered getting button down shirts for female instead of the polos. We double checked the order and it was 2 polos. The ladies response is the reason for the 1 star. She literally told me 'you were all over the place that day and kept changing your mind'. Seriously, I am the crazy one? All over the place? Who says that to a 1st time customer who just got 6 polos for 200 bucks? If you had in store and in stock what I wanted I would not have to had explore several other options. So I will take my all over the place scattered brain to your competitor 0.5 miles from you. Rude and disrespectful and completely uncalled for. Worse part is after trying the polos the size was bigger than what I tried on in the store but wait maybe my body is scattered.
