I use Underground Printing for our family reunion shirts. This year there was a mixup in my order. Manager Bill was so kind and helpful when I notified him of the error. Paul is the true definition of customer service. I cannot recommend this business enough, as my large order was done perfectly. Ordering online was easy and all the shirts came prepackaged and labeled for everyone to pick up! It was truly SO easy!
Paul went out of his way to call me and clarify every detail and was easy to get in contact with! He made sure the order was exactly what I wanted and even taught me how to apply for logo rights.
