My partner broke his wrist & I was dreading an ER visit, but the staff here were absolutely wonderful. Everyone treated us with such kindness and patience throughout the entire visit. He received constant care and attentiveness from admittance to discharge. I still can’t believe what a refreshing experience this was. Thank you to Dr. Sutherland and nurse Emily (and to those whose names I missed). You’ve renewed my faith in our local healthCARE…some people actually do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t like sitting in a ER waiting room that’s empty with a person that’s In a lot of pain, and wonder if I made a mistake taking that person there . Should I have gone to Johnson City ? They just don’t seem to care here ,

I cannot say enough about this small hospital. We had a family emergency that required a hospital stay, and the providers and nurses were on it. One on one care, family members needs were met immediately, no wait time for meds, food or needs. Very professional staff, they showed kindness and care. Hospital is spotless and very quiet, patient’s room was very large with sofa and chairs for family members. Nothing like the big hospital in Johnson City.
I highly recommend this hospital for personal care and a caring staff

Warning ⚠️ please don't take your love one to a Ballad medical facility? They will end up like me,left with blurry vision, due to being prescribed wrong medication .

The hospital was flooded by the Nolichuckey River during Hurricane Helene, Sept 2024. The facility is closed.

My 3 year old son went to the hospital and was seen by Dr. Price. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Very good Doctor to have. Also the staff was very pleasant.

I have been in the hospital and you couldn’t ask for any better service and I have outpatient testing and they go out of there way to be good to you i am thankful that we have a hospital in the area. That is such a good hospital.
