Very rude receptionist, shutting off water with no warning! Worst water company ever! Constant boil water advisories, over charged, and rude! Years of stories from many customers about how awful they are! Ask anyone that has to use that water company and they will tell you the same! Something needs done and they need out of there and the receptionist needs fired!!!

I'm here to fix my review now since we can now pay online. Of course with a included convenience fee. Who's that for exactly? But either way it's still staying at 1 star because how does sewer cost 127.65? Oh that's right because you're running a monopoly. Congratulations 🎊 👏

I don't think your customers want to pay extra every time state road blows open a water main line due to the construction on route 2. Do better.

Zero notice given before a planned outage to multiple neighborhoods. Multiple boil water advisories where we were only notified after it was lifted. They turn off water even though they cashed the payment checks days before. They close at 3:30pm and don't take debit cards. I would give more examples of why this is the worst utility company to exist in literally the entire history of everything but I'm just going to die of dysentery instead.

Worst water company EVER!! Constant boil water advisory and that's years B4 work on rt 2...the water is so bad you have to replace your hot water tank every 9 years even when you flush it regularly and take care of it..I never touch the stuff just to shower n wash cloths it's that bad ..being this bad there rates are through the roof and you can't use it much!!

There is no website or Facebook page. I do not have cable so there have been 3 times in the last year when they declared a boil water advisory that i didn't find out about until after it was lifted. There is no way to pay online or automatic from a credit card. They do offer an automatic checking account draft, but I much prefer to use my credit card. My first two bills never arrived, I called to ask about it, but was told it must not have been sent yet, because it is a new account. I came home a few days later to have my water turned off due to non payment. There was a $25 fee to have it turned back on, the next day. I wish I had a choice in water companies, but I do not.

This company is the worst i have ever delt with. They shut your water off even after you have paid bill. Then they can never get to turn it back on till next day. Even if you pay the day before shut off, you still get shut off and have to wait days to get back on. They will shut you off over 10 cents.
I have never been treated so bad in my life as i have with this company. Never. Its unbelievable they can do this to people

Rates are high. Service is constantly out with boil advisories. Had a huge leak on their side and they wouldn’t do anything about it or return my calls for two days. By then my yard was flooded and water in my garage.
