I am the marketing director for a state-of-the-art dental office. We take every step to make sure we are on the cutting edge of dentistry and have the best-of-the-best for our patients. I Spent $10,000 with this company in direct mail marketing to NOT convert ONE SINGLE customer, they're returning the second half of my investment which is a second month of disappointment at $3,300. First my main point of contact was let go, first red flag. My second point of contact seems to dance around to save the sale. First wave of 10,000 flyers were delivered with coupons and comparable pricing to major service centers. ONLY ONE REAL PHONE CALL from a customer shopping rates after 10,000 flyers delivered to certified DMV record targeted vehicle owners. I asked for proof of these even being delivered? No answer or not possible... So I asked to get a copy of flyer without PROOF all over it to get a local printer to make so I can GET SOME KIND OF RETURN on this TERRIBLE INVESTMENT. I get an an email response of "I will ask the design team and see what we can do." With no follow up or recourse only I'll sell you more stuff at $.17 cents a flyer. This has been a disappointment to say the least, don't waste your time or money with direct mailers with upswell spend all the money on google ads you'll get a way better ROI!
