Waited for two hours... Told to wait another two. Had to leave because I had to work. Never been more frustrated in my life. I'm a student with a ton of homework, and now I don't have any time to finish it when all I needed was a new SIM card.

Wow. Talk about deceptive. Even when you have everything in writing, they throw words at you to confuse you. I’m not sure if it’s just the Manchester employees (specifically Jyaden), or if it’s all US Cellular locations, but I believe they’re all liars.

Went in today for a simple question and 2 1/2 hours later was finally helped Mary other customers waiting while associates sat chit chatting with customers that were already done!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

Been a customer of 25 plus years and every time we go to get a new phone it takes forever. Looks like full staff and still have to wait almost 2 hours on a Thursday morning. Either more associates are needed or more training is needed

Don’t buy a phone here! They will lie to you and tell you it’s free then charge you on your bill. Salesman lied right to my face and told me the phone is free. Then financed the phone for 3 years!
