It’s no exaggeration: Val’s massages can change your life. If you’re like me, your body serves you and your job and your home constantly with little or no attention in return. Give love to yourself. Support your body with a massage. Val is a compassionate, gentle, giving person. She is a skilled massage therapist. Her massage changed the trajectory of my life and fitness and opened my eyes to my vulnerability to repetitive motion injury in my occupation. That’s why I say Val changed my life. Cruising through Alaska and struggling with tremendous neck and shoulder pain led me on a search for Valerie. I knew my search was over when I saw all the 5 star reviews. Valerie was very responsive. Her space has a very Zen vibe. It matches Valerie‘s disposition. She is absolutely amazing. She truly has a gift. After spending 90 minutes with Valerie I felt that I could sleep standing up. There was so much peace and space in my body. I had been getting twice weekly massages for several months back home in Minnesota. Val has magic hands! She's super strong, knows a lot of techniques, clearly understands anatomy & physiology, and has a healing touch. Getting a massage from Valerie was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She pays so much attention to detail and is extremely thorough with her work. Valerie Jensen is the best massage therapist I have ever received a massage from. She is professional, kind, and has a way of make you feel comfortable while you are in her care. She communicates with you through out the massage so that you can receive the experience that you prefer. She adds little things that make you feel like you are in a 5 star resort. Hot towels under your neck and around your feet, hot stones, organic essential oils, and the list goes on. I am an orthodontist and my back, neck, and shoulders need a lot of work when I am getting a massage. Valerie made me feel completely refreshed and ready to lean over my patients again for the next week to come. I highly recommend Valerie to anyone who wants an exceptional massage and an enjoyable experience with a therapist that really cares about her clients.
