The owner believes that he is being “abused” by those who use his business as a UPS or FedEx access point, even though he is listed as one. He made it a point to place blame upon me and attempted to get me to pay him a fee for something I already paid shipping on because of “the abuse.” I will not be returning to this business and I suggest to look elsewhere for services. It appears this is not the first review of this kind. Mark, the owner, has not learned that he cannot take his personal business problems out on his customers. I blame myself for not reading other reviews sooner, but now his condescending attitude every time I had a package to pick up from him is understood. If you have experienced similar, I suggest escalating your complaints to the carriers you are using. They are helpful in suggesting locations that will not try to charge you outrageous fees for services that are free to cover “abuse.”

This business is listed as a UPS Access Point on the UPS website, and even has a UPS sign next to their door. I requested a UPS package be sent there (a $5.99 added fee) and found out it was refused. Apparently the owner doesn't like UPS? Very strange. Had to send it somewhere else and pay a second fee in addition to waiting several more days to pick up my package. Would recommend the owner remove them from the list of UPS Access Points to avoid this kind of situation in the future.

I recently discovered Valley's Post Prynt'n Ship as I was looking for a UPS drop off point close to me. When I first arrived, I had several very large packages that I needed to ship, and Mark was extremely helpful and accommodating. I have had to drop off so many packages at one time that other drop off locations wouldn't allow me to leave them all, but Mark has always helped me and made sure my packages were picked up. Every time I have something to drop off, they know my name and always greet me, and I think that is hard to find sometimes these days. They have also assisted me with international shipments and the requirements, some of which I was unaware of, and I have never once had an issue with any of my shipments. The friendly professionalism as well as it's convenient location is why I love this place and I am very grateful to have this as an option for my shipping needs, thank you!

Asked politely over the phone about printing some iron on transfers. The guy said it was something they do in house. So I asked if he means it’s a service they already offer. He says I don’t know what I’m doing, I don’t have the proper equipment, and declines my business.

What a rude and awkward encounter.

This business is a wonderful locally-owned and operated company with exceptional customer service. I've had several packages sent through here, each one carefully packaged in house to arrive in top shape and shipped in a timely manner. Their custom print work is excellent and of good quality and I really appreciate the friendliness and integrity of the people that work there. I continue to support this business because I can trust the quality of their services and the honest dedication of the entire store to care about their customers. Thank you Valley PPS!

Great store and customer service. I've shipped several packages from this store. The gentleman behind the counter is always very helpful and kind. I appreciate all the efforts he puts in packing my items so that they will arrive in the best condition. He knows exactly what I would need and made the process easy. He also makes sure that I receive the best shipping rates. Being local is just an added bonus for this store.

I went in to pick up a package that needed a signature. Super convenient locations to reroute my FedEx package. They have full shipping, supplies, cards, stamps, print, and even some PO boxes. SO much easier than going to FedEx or USPS. I will definitely be back.

I would not recommend using them,
I have come in to utilize this office to buy shipping materials & even paid to have an item shipped as well
but I also do drops offs for my business packages too since it states all over their signs they take drop offs.
The first time I dropped off some business packages (mind you these aren’t big packages they are in poly mailers)
The owner said “this place must be more convenient for you then the post office”
I smiled & politely said “yeah, I work post office hours you guys are open a little later so I can bring them here & you’re close to my home”
The second time I brought in some drop offs the owner was rude & said “this is a convenience, you’re taking advantage of us.”
I looked at him in awe & said “I buy things from here outside of do drop offs & l I’ll be sure to let my family & friends know to not utilize this place as well. You have signs all over stating you take drop offs? So I’m confused, I also was going to get a post box through you but I’m definitely not now”
He then tried to back track as he realized he was wrong but by that point I grabbed my packages & walked out.

These people do not want anything but your money & do not follow through on their “convenient drop off” they have posted all over their building. As a business owner I would never speak to a customer the way the owner did. He was rude & condescending. Take your business elsewhere.
