This brand thrives on multi level marketing schematics.

I looked into a sales position here only to be granted a fake interview done virtually unable to even speak a word throughout listening to a poorly constructed 45 minute spiel put together by a young man named Cooper Strand whose the district manager for Madison, wi which I had to sit through before being ghosted despite being on camera unable to say anything during the whole group wide interview where he even texted me about a supposed call I was supposed to receive afterwards waiting for. I was responsive with gestures and answering questions in text so it felt real tacky.

Overall, Cooper ghosted me and it really felt like a disingenuous phishing scheme to get a bunch of family and freind phone numbers to use them for sales leads. It hurts the brand of cutco.

I wasted 45 minutes without even being able to say a word. Cooper Strand is the district manager of this pyramid schematic of users in Madison, WI and can be seen on LinkedIn. Overall, I feel this is a really tacky system the brand does to waste people's time.

They're booming with the post covid virtual b.s. as opposed to people oriented approach too.
