Jennifer deserves 10 stars after the EXCELLENT customer service she provided me and my husband. She took on a problem that wasn't hers and made us feel like we mattered. Working with the public is never easy and sometimes customer service employees can be less than nice, but she was so accommodating and so friendly even as she ran into a million problems. She was persistent and patient. Every snag we had she came up with a solution. She spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I highly recommend giving Jennifer ALL of your business. You will be glad you did!

I have never posted a bad review on anything, but after hundreds of dollars and time spent over the past 2 months, I am over it. I have been a Verizon customer for 27 years and have never had such awful customer service. They totally misled us on the changes on my plan and the costs. After 3 trips to the store the manager promised to get it fixed. After 3 weeks he still has not fixed my account. He gave us his personal cell phone number and initially responded, but now we have been ghosted. This is not a Verizon company store and I would not recommend doing business here.

I contacted the “care team” as requested by the owner”, but no one ever contacted me back after their initial automated email stating they would be back in touch, I called Verizon and they corrected ONE of the issues TCC told me they had already resolved, which they had not. They said that if there were notes on my Account they could have fixed that line as well. The salesman told us my bill would go down $15. Mark, the manager said it would go up a couple of dollars. Now it is up almost $50 a month.
His promise of “doing whatever it takes to correct it” was just a bunch of empty words, just like the response that was made to my review by the owner.

All I can say is wow! Dominique helped me today in the Hazel Green store and she was amazing. I purchased the wrong phone from Walmart, she helped me with what device to look for on my prepaid service. She got the new phone setup and was so polite the entire interaction. She was great, I mean extremely helpful.

Today’s visit wasn’t as easy for the Verizon Associate as we all thought it would be. I have to say Mr. Hannibal went above and beyond to take care of the transport of my daughter’s phone number over to Verizon and getting her account set up. He was very calm and professional. We went in to see about lowering our bill. We ended up leaving with an additional line and several accessories and items. Hannibal and Domonique were absolutely amazing. They were patient, kind, personable, worked with us to help us stay within our budget. Even with adding the additional line. It’s rare you find such great customer service. Highly recommend them at the Hazel Green location. They were an absolute joy to work with.
