They sold me a URC MX-790 remote online. With no software to program it, ask them what I can do. They say call URC. Call URC they proceed to tell me I purchased an unauthorized product; warranty is void along with everything else. I now have a useless $300 remote. That you Video & Audio Center!
They claim they are an authorized URC dealer, nothing but a total lie.

I have a comfort level as Kam and Greg always spend as much time as needed to educate me thoroughly prior to my purchase. These guys have all the latest TVs, and the Super Popular wireless surround system by Sonos. Guaranteed lowest prices, with a two week price guarantee, and the two guys who run the place have both been in the business for 50 years, literally, and they have all the answers to your questions. The new 8K TVs by Samsung look like they're in 3-D without 3-D glasses. Seeing those pictures was worth the trip.

I had always wanted to buy a big screen TV right before Super Bowl and the opportunity presented itself in January 2021. Having seen Video Audio Center’s commercials for years, I decided to limit my recon to the local Conejo Valley and check this store out. My research was narrowed down to a Sony XBR 65” or 55.” First recon visit (solo) was with mgr Gregg. His extensive knowledge of the pros and cons of OLED TV’s was really helpful. I returned a second time a few days later, this time with my wife. Asst. mgr Nick assisted us and was so responsive to our many follow up questions. We were sold on the SONY XBR A9G, but couldn’t decide whether to go 55” or 65.” Nick and Gregg assured us we had a 2 week test drive and could always swap one for the other if we weren’t happy. Well, we chose the 65” and are SO SO THRILLED with the purchase! It was delivered and set up the day after the purchase. This entire TV purchase was an excellent experience. I especially appreciate Nick and Gregg being so patient and helping me decide whether to keep my old sound system or switch to a sound bar to accompany the new TV. Can’t say enough about the above and beyond customer service vibe from initial recon questioning through post delivery fine tuning, setup experience and questions. With large purchases like this, I have high expectations. Video Audio Center exceeded my expectations, completely. Highly recommend!
