It was pleasantly beautiful outside, so I was wondering why people working were in such a miserable mood. When asking for help they were short.

I was hungry and got something to go at the gym-bee deli. It’s nothing to brag but isn’t bad. The worker are very slow. Especially seems like during the morning hours one time we waited an hour and a half to get our breakfast. Needless to say we haven’t been back for breakfast since. They really were lacking motivation tonight the workers did not greet anybody that had come up to the counter while I was there. I understand it the weekday and mostly younger people working. But once again you’ve got to train in order to have good customer service or nobody’s going to want to go there. The noodles were either over cooked or warmed up to many times or they’d soaked up a lot of moisture. The salads were good! The rest of my shopping was all right. Just another day being mom!

Only a few businesses. The hardware store has everything you need, Hyvee is too of the line grocery and service. The Chinese food at the buffet place is good. The gym is very nice and has 24 hour access.

There's a few stores clustered together. The Hy-Vee is a main one with True value at the other end. Right next to Hy-Vee is a new Neighborhood closet clothing store which has amazing deals I might add so check that out.
There's a nail salon and I think a Chinese restaurant as well. Also a couple other shops that I can't remember name of. Just go check it out.. it will be worth it.

Went to get some meat at home but it was expired by 2 weeks said they didn't have any more with a helpful smile in that isle at hy vee

This is a frequent travel stop for us--whether for McD's or the China Buffet, or a quick re-stock of the car at Hy-Vee. We like that the little houses/sheds are set up in the parking lot, and most recently, the giant inflatable King Kong. If you have little kids and need a low-key, quick place to stretch legs, this is a good spot.
